Triste Lilas is an unparallelled new music and modern composition concept album, made up partially of spoken journal entries in both French and English, part by eerie improvised backgrounds and electronic manipulations. Vigroux utilizes unusual instrumentation, including the harp of Hélène Breschand and the melting electric guitar tones of guest Marc Ducret.
