This is the fifth studio album by Norfolk & Western, aka Adam Selzer the noted Portland Oregon studio-owner and producer (She & Him, M Ward, The Decemberists, Richmond Fontaine etc.). Following the success of his previous albums on Hush Records, in 2007 Selzer re-grouped Norfolk & Western for 'Dinero Severo'. Developing on from the shoegaze dreaminess and lo-fi folk of their previous albums, for this album they decided to continue to explore the raucous and heavier aspects of their sound, a direction they had started on the 'Dusk In Cold Parlours' album. Joined by core
band members Bright Eyes drummer Rachel Blumberg and Dave Depper of Loch Lomond, Selzer has recorded a lush thought-provoking intelligently crafted album of perfectly balanced production, exquisite songwriting and phenomenal musicianship. Extended CD features 3 unreleased tracks
