Duran Duran Duran - Over Hard

Over Hard by Duran Duran Duran

Arguably the best album of 2005 with the worst cover of all time, Duran Duran Duran’s  “Very Pleasure” inspired a generation of degenerates and thrilled ravers the world-over. Now, 5 years later, Duran Duran Duran (aka Ed Flis) is back with “Over Hard”! Filled with insane bass, hard-kicks and punctuated with blistering breaks and noise it’s the follow-up we all hoped for. A perfectly balanced  mixture of booty, techno, gabber,  and breaks all make “Over Hard” the exact right sound for the moment.   Tracks like “Booty Jihad” and “Bass Racist” will surely please dancefloors while heavy hitters like “Homicidal Drug Rage” and “Bomb The Base” will get the squat parties in a frenzy. “Furious George” drops some heavy acid rave while “Basement Tape” cuts the hard breaks like only Duran Duran Duran can. To round out the album Flis includes an incredible remix of “Year of The Monkey” from Xanopticon to fully blow your mind. Artwork deemed so wrong that we had trouble manufacturing it… “Our graphics guys have checked this onbody and flagged up that it contains explicit material. This has been escalated to our general manager who has made the decision not to print this.” And then “I have just spoken to xxxxxx xxxxxx and he has advised that we will not manufacture this job at all, regardless off what the print looks like. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will send the master back to you today.”
