Another week, another Bjerga/Iversen release for the droney faithful. For this project they've roped in Steffan de Turck for a live improvisation in the 'remote mountaintop Norwegian log cabin' style. It's probably the best thing I've heard from these fun lovin' cats in a while actually and despite the relative lightness of the cover (mit said log cabin) it's still the dark, unsettling stuff you'll be used to if you're familiar with previous releases. Backdrops of droney whirrs and static do the groundwork while clanks and scrapes set you further and further on edge.
