Ghislain Poirier - Running High

A two disc album from Poirier featuring original productions focusing on the various
street music aesthetics he works with, plus a host of quality remixes and bonus material.

The culmination of a year-long arc of releases from Poirier on Ninja
Tune.

Collaborations with MCs and DJs from across the globe, including Beans
and DJ Rupture (Tigerbeat6), as well as Parisian heavyweights TTC
(Big Dada) and London’s Lotek Hi-Fi (Big Dada), amongst others.

‘Running High’ features long time collaborators Face T, MC Zulu, and
Trinidad Soca legend Mr Slaughter.

Poirier’s remix catalogue includes Lady Sovereign, The Editors,
Champion, Bassnectar and Pierre Lapointe.

He has toured with Lady Sovereign and shared the stage with
Modeselektor, Diplo, Kode9, Amon Tobin and Toddla T, as well as
taken SxSW, Fabric, Australia’s Big Day Out, Montreux Jazz Festival and
Mexico’s Cervantino Festival by storm.
