On this hot piece of vinyl they are investigating their common interest in industrial music and dub. "23" is a slow, rhythmic, dark analogue thing with heavily processed vocals. The B-side is of course a "Version" of the A-side. It has honestly not much to do with dub music other than a sexy tape delay working throughout the track.
