Yui Onodera - Le Jardin

with two limited cd-r's on his own label critical path in 2005 and 2006, japanese artist yui onodera gained attraction of other labels. this 3" is his second release this year, just after a lovely 7" on drone records.
composed & recorded in tokyo in 2006, "le jardin" exclusively uses guitar, violin, electronics and electroanalysis sound of water as sound sources and as frans de waard says it in vital weekly, these are "soft pieces of a highly minimal movements [...] things crack, buzz in a delicate ambient way". please have a walk in the garden.
