He talks about how with Shinto, everything has a spirit, and indeed his lush, textured soundworld does - a detached & ponderous spirit maybe - but his music ranks amongst the most sublime post-drone/sound art I've had the fortune of hearing. I feel as though I'm suspended in an amorphous bubble, slowly floating around a Centerparks or summat on a warm, balmy day without a care in the world.
