Don't know a huge amount about Manana but the press release tells me that they are a five piece from europe's nazi gold hoarding, EU hating switzerland. They trade in shoe gaze inspired post rock that is epic in scope and sound remarkably similar to groups like Mew (though Mew write much crazier tunes) or Sigur Ros (albeit with a hint of White Lies style disco gaze). The band are totally solid, playing with skill and precision on every tune. Fronted by the fragile vocal styling's of Manuel Bürkli, Manana's music sounds dramatic and involving. They remind me of Leeds very own Vessels or I concur but with a dose of shoegazery to give a contemporary, modern feel. 'Interruptions' will no doubt appeal to fans of the aforementioned bands so go check them out and decide for yourself. We calculate your shipping costs by taking the heaviest item in your order and calculating that at the 'Heaviest Item' price.
