Ryo Nakata (b.1984), aka Ryonkt based in Sapporo, Japan creates soft spoken ambient music with his guitar and computer. Ryo also operates the Slow Flow record label. His previous releases can be found on labels such as Noise-Joy, Dog Eared, Resting Bell, Audiotalia, and Smallfish.

Superb, drifting guitar drones by one of the many up and coming young Japanese artists out there. Ryonkt's work however, has far more melody, directness and spirit than other minimal artists have in their pinkies. Beautiful artwork too.
