Kindness - Swingin Party

Swingin Party by Kindness

TRACKLISTING:

Side A – Swingin’ Party

Side B - Gee Up

A sparse synth-wave rendition of The Replacements’ Swingin’ Party is the debut single from Kindness, released on Moshi Moshi Singles Club on 5th October.

Brought to Moshi’s attention via a mixtape compiled by the Concretes Lisa Milberg, Kindness has a desire to make music and not much else. He’s chosen to make one of his favourite songs the feature of his first musical project with it’s b-side Gee Up - an original elastic funk composition with a sunny disposition - recorded in a snowbound Berlin apartment.

Existing somewhere between both capitals, Kindness has played the sum total of two gigs; a London squat eviction party and at a party self-organised by Berlin’s new pop generation at Kreuzberg venue ‘West Germany’.  Further gigs, with an ever-evolving line up, are planned.
