Not too much better is Florence and her bloody Machine. This woman is really awful and if she's 23 then i'm 12. Its the Bat for Lashes song book as performed by KT Tunstall. Anyway i'm contractually obliged to tell you that this is her new single called 'Drumming Song' (not much more inspiration with titles then). Conveniently released on the week of the Mercury Music Prize for which she was nominated but thankfully lost.

Florence + the Machine’s debut album ‘Lungs’ entered the UK charts at #2 this week. It’s the only non-Michael Jackson album in the top 5 and most notably – THE fastest selling debut album this year having sold over 63,000 copies in its first week.

The next single to be taken from ‘Lungs’ is the highly charged ‘Drumming Song’. A song fuelled by unadulterated passion, desire and fear of the unknown when it comes to falling in (and out) of love.

The video to accompany ‘Drumming Song’ was directed by Dawn Shadforth (Kylie, Oasis, Goldfrapp) and sees Florence battling with her angels and demons in a grand old church, replete with dance moves that Girls Aloud would be envious of.

Having proved to be one of the top acts to see at this years many festivals, Florence + the Machine are out on tour this September, including three sold out shows at Shepherds Bush Empire:

an absolutely amazing song, florence captures the immense feeling of being so in love with someone that all other sound is drowned out by the intense beating(or drumming, if you will)of her heart. A stunning song with just enough of an evanescance-y feel to send shivers up your spine.

amazing and i think clint is a up his own arsed twat :)who doesnt understand good music and used K T tunstall as an example and who also said thankfully florence lost when who gives a shite as shes already won a britso shhhhhhhhhhhhhh clintyou big geek :D
