That Voice of The Seven Woods fella has a new album out on Kning Disk. Rick Tomlinson is his name in case you didn't know and it's a CD only thing limited to 465 copies! Here Rick plays a 6 string acoustic guitar alone in a room accompanied by a couple of microphones for company. It's a Fahey laden mix of instrumental guitar tunes with a hefty middle eastern vibe. It's seriously good as well. There's some beautiful tunes on there and if you're into acoustic guitar then this guy is for you. Amazing playing and amazing tunes. Well nice! produced by Jerry Johansson who is a sitar od and co incidentally has a CD in this week on Kning Disk which I can't wait to hear!
