Animal Collective - Summertime Clothes

taken from Animal Collective’s universally acclaimed album,
‘Merriweather Post Pavilion’. ‘Summertime Clothes’ is a
deliriously warm and instantly infectious track with a euphoric
refrain, which is “so brilliant, so full of joy that it’s confounding” -
Plan B.
· Remixes are courtesy of Hyperdub’s elusive and spooky
beatmaker Zomby, LA’s ‘Ambassador Of Boogie Funk’ Dam-Funk,
and South London breakbeat and dubstep producer LD.
· Animal Collective recently gave a stunning performance of
‘Summertime Clothes’ on the David Letterman Show in the US.
The band were joined by Brooklyn dance troupe FLEX who will also
feature in the forthcoming Danny Perez directed video.
· Animal Collective return to the UK in June to perform at
Glastonbury, and again in August for their biggest British show
to date, headlining London’s Brixton Academy. They will also
headline the Friday night at Green Man Festival.
