Repeat Records release the next in their trailblazing set of split 7" vinyl singles. Featured on this latest release are THE SHILLS, a bunch of school friends from a nondescript Cambridgeshire village, whose antidotes to the dreariness of modern life has been described by the NME as "melodic
songs with great rhythm, matched perfectly with intelligent lyrics" and by The Organ as "impressive slice of classic English post punk pop". The flipside features two tracks from Bury St Edmunds band TEN CITY NATION. Gigging like madmen, TCN have toured with NME darlings We Start Fires and had high-profile supports for Artrocker favourites Untitled Musical Project and Popular Workshop.
A song from their debut album will be featured on the new Suicide Girls movie, due for release in 2009.
