Welcome to the mutual admiration society: Thao and The Thermals heart each other and they also heart indie record stores. So it was only natural that they would get together to show their appreciation and release a 7" to celebrate the 2nd annual Record Store Day on April 18th. Both bands contributed two unreleased songs to their respective sides. The Thermals choosing to feature demo versions from their new record "Now We Can See" (out April 7th) while Thao with the Get Down Stay Down contributes a new song and a cover (Lovin' Spoonful!). Get 'em while they're hot, these won't last long.
