Ron Schneiderman is a member of Sunburned Hand Of The Man and also runs the excellent Spirit Of Orr label. He sometimes call in when he's in these parts and is one of the nicest guys you could possibly wish to meet. He has a tape out on Blackest Rainbow under the alias Pewt'r called 'Whichever Was'. It's pretty sweet and gets you nicely in the zone with all the trippy psychedelic guitar sounds. At times it sound's like it's being played under water giving off ripples and then waves of blissful outsider blues vibes and far out strange almost metallic shimmering sounds. The overall sound is real deep and spacey. There's a nice balance of weird effects noises and more "straight forward" guitar stuff. A really cool tape.

Ron is the man behind Spirit of Orr, as well as being a member of Sunburned Hand of the Man... busy guy to say the least! Here you have some awesome solo outing of post Loren Connors / Sandy Bull styling, with a blend of pure outsider blues, americana and psychedelia. Pro dubbed cassettes. Limited to 100 copies.
