London based indie pop from 'Televised Crimewave' on Japanese label Magnetic. 'Listen and Repeat' is a six track CD EP of mod influenced British indie pop that sounds a little like Editors or some such outfit. Second track 'Objects of Desire' sounds a bit like Killing Joke or old school Cure ('Killing An Arab' comes to mind) and is easily the best of the tracks presented here. Great post punk riff, in the dark mould of The Sound and the mighty Joy Division. More punchy tunes like this and they may gain exposure at the festivals and then who knows.....
