Stockholm's neo kraut/new wave rockers Audionom is back with their first proper album! This is music that goes straight to your guts. "Repetetive guitar riffs, buzzing synths and deceptively simple percussion combine to create a propulsive chug indebted to both Krautrock and Joy Division." - Playboy Magazine. FINALLY! Stockholm's legendary repetitive neo kraut/new wave rockers Audionom is back with their first proper album! We have been waiting for it patiently and man - it was really worth waiting for!!! This is music that goes straight to your guts and it is all set for a modern classic. This is an album that is very important for the Swedish rock climate. Audionom was surrounded by rumours involving physical fighting, mental instabilities, drug and alcohol abuse and other action from day one but today the band seems quite healthy and focused and has left their anarchist punk roots and is now involving Johan Hinders more personal lyrics, repeated over and over backed by a fucking tank as a band! Tight, with nerve, with power! "Superior" is the sound of a band with that rare real feeling to it. This is for real. Repetetive guitar riffs, buzzing synths and deceptively simple percussion combine to create a propulsive chug indebted to both Krautrock and Joy Division." - Playboy Magazine.

I can’t remember when was the last time I enjoyed ‘rock’ record this much. Not a single throw-away track. Honestly, I listened to it 3 or 4 times in a row. Fucking awesome, in my book, of course. There are also 2 or 3 superb, new wave-ish, post punk-ish, apocalyptic instrumental tracks. In places, they actually reminded me of Sigue Sigue Sputnik as wellSo, what do you think?
