Brian is in a foul mood from lack of sleep and feeling rather baz. Brian needs a sweet oil-slick coffee & some hard lung punching nicotine to stave off my rumbling bad temper. Brian needs this fabulous tape, 'White Crow' by Ajilvsga which is apparently Brad Rose & Nathan Young doing some serious black-as-coal morphing sludge-drone stuff that judders up and down your face like a huge black grumpy audio tractor. It's really quite thrilling, the vibe recalling some of the sinister atmospherics endorsed by the darkstep Jungle massive in the mid-late 90s (but much more doomy & evil) You could just imagine some relentless amen break thudding frantically under this wall of frightening, yet absorbing noise, like Satan's hoover buzzing round a misty graveyard. Music for the shadows to groove to, this cassette-only release is limited to 100 and is on the ever brilliant Blackest Rainbow.

The consistently mind numbing crushing noise project from Nathan Young and Brad Rose (The North Sea, Digitalis) tears apart this cassette release, a black swarm of god knows what tearing your mind apart. If you dug the North Sea cassette we released last year, you should def check this shit out. Limited to 100 pro dubbed white cassettes with white cases.
