What? by Point 7

This Point 7 'What?' album is wicked. Who'd have thought Toytronic would reappear? They've stuck to their guns and not got sucked into the breakcore via dubstep journey. Pure quality electronica is what's on offer here, pure emotive synths, crunchy beats, icy groove ,menacing melodies. Our man Mr Norgate has just popped by and declared "It's like a proper old techno album which you don't seem to get these day". He's kinda spot on really. Sure it could have come out in the 90's but who gives shit really. It's a good sound with pristine production. The first 100 come in a special sleeve. Wicked bad like.

Chris Cunningham alias Point 7 has finally finished the work for his long awaited debut album entitled What?

Being one half of the Abfahrt Hinwil project his melodic compositions are all ready well known and much
appreciated by the entire scene. With his new compositions Chris enters a new level of musical complexity without denying his musical roots.

The mixture of classic rave sounds, crunchy beats and atmospherically ambient pads takes the listener into a world where electronic sounds are being morphed like the shapes inside a lava lamp. The label owner of Toytronic manages with this album to keep a healthy balance between uplifting rhythms and mind stimulating melodies.

Available on CD and two limited double vinyls , black vinyl (500 only) and black vinyl with hand-stamped sleeve (100 only).
