Gosh a one sided screen printed Hair Police record in a hand assembled sleeve. A nice looking thing which was recorded in a hotel room after they totaled their vehicle and got stranded in a snow storm, hence the title Totaled and Stranded. I guess the people in the room next door must have been telling them to keep the noise down as this is a fairly restrained offering for them. Knowing what they're capable of you'd expect a horrific blast of screeing textures. They clearly know how to handle their emotions as they don't sound pissed off at all considering the circumstances. Instead you get a long cut that veers from monged out to dark and freaky with some weird plucking and effects. Not the best thing I've heard from them by a long shot but worth a listen all the same. Hand numbered edition of 500.
