This record left our Phil feeling happy.

It's been a while since we've had anything in from Milieu so we thought we'd check out this new CD of his called Colortone, which has pretty much already sold out at source. We've only got a handful here so I can't imagine it hanging around for too long. Limited to 100 copies it's a factory pressed CD of the beatier end of Milieu's melodic electronic explorations. I don't want to mention Boards of Canada as I say it most times when reviewing this end of his gear but that is what springs to mind (again). I've said it now so that's totally blown the whole review! A good strong hard listen which is something I always like of an evening. I'm pleased there's folks out there still making this sort of music as it's not massively fashionable these days but it's always a pleasure to hear.
