The album is a summit between talented members of America’s musical underground.
Jim White is the master drummer of Dirty Three, and has also worked with Cat Power, Nick Cave and Will Oldham.
Jim Finn is a member of well-noted Americana outfit Califone, and has toured with Freakwater and Dirty Three.
Colleen Burke is a member of We Ragazzi and has toured with Smog.
Additional vocalist Jiha Lee has worked with Bright Eyes and The Good Life and recently played percussion on the score of Nick Cave’s film The Proposition.
The film score is a charming cosmic exploration taking in nods to krautrock, the more cosmically-minded variety of prog rock and classic science fiction soundtracks.
