Franz Ferdinand - Ulysses

Ulysses by Franz Ferdinand

4...according to our on Thu 15 Jan, 2009.

Frank Ferdinand are back with their the 1st fruits from their up and coming Tonight: Franz Ferdinand album. 'Ulysees' is the name of this particular fruit and it's Franz by numbers if you ask me. Massive anthemic catchy pop hit which sticks in your head (unfortunately) to the point where you'll be walking down the street minding your own business and up it pops infiltrating those sexy thoughts you were having. I'll tell you what... it's a bit dancier than previous Franz tunes. I wasn't expecting that. It still sounds exactly like them and compare it to 'Do You Want To' which was the debut track from the last album and it's a million times better. Just checked the review Brian did for that and a customer has posted a response up disagreeing with him and calling him a Turdlinger. Fuck that's funny. Anyone want to diss us with our reviews. Get on the site. We love a bit of abuse. To summarize this is annoyingly catchy.

‘Ulysses’ is explosive and infectious, and undeniably Franz Ferdinand, but
a bigger, brighter beast.
· All formats feature brand new songs; the CD single features the fantastic
Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve remix.
