A handful of copies of the new Sylvain Chauveau LP have just arrived. Sounds like pretty lush neo classical music with some electronics chucked in. What I've heard this morning far sounds beautiful I have to say. Not ben a fan of much of his recent gear as it's been a bit too minimal but the sound here is fuller and more interesting. Again the comparisons to Max Richter are inevitable but it's not a million miles away from ole Max. More pianoy perhaps.... if you like your neo classical music on a more soundtracky tip with some hints of misery in there this is for you. The Black Book of Capitalism is seriously beautiful stuff!Tracklisting:
