Exit Calm are one of the most exciting, and unique, guitar-based bands to emerge from these shores in quite some time. Initially from Barnsley, Exit Calm released their first single 'Higher Learning' on Club AC30 early this year, while their euphoric live shows with the captivating presence of front man Nicky Smith resulted in them being invited as main support on The Music's UK tour in June. Comparisons to date have seen their mesmerising guitar eclipses likened to the early sounds of My Bloody Valentine, Ride, Spiritualized and the elaborate skyscraping voyages of Explosions In The Sky.
