The general consensus here in the office is that 'Within the Boundaries' sounds exactly like The Cocteau Twins minus Liz Fraser (who Brian just did a terrifying impression of to help prove the point). Mark Peters, Ulrich Schnauss and Haddaway all feature on this single in some way or another but we don't exactly know how. And that's your review!
