This City - We Move

We Move by This City

1...according to our on Thu 18 Sep, 2008.

This City. 'We Move' is generic, emo tinged anthemic indie rock that sounds like 26,000 bands I've heard before. They probably think they're up there with Fugazi & Les Savy Fav but they sound like a shit sandwich shuffling slowly into a bin to these ears. 7" only on Alcopop.

Very limited. 500 pressed, only 300 available for retailers. Brighton's ThisCity release their third and final limited edition single through ultra-hip Oxford based label Alcopop Records. The track, entitled 'We Move', has recently become ThisCity's crowd pleasing show opener. With its thundering chant driven chorus, indie-disco taunting bass and guitar lines - it never fails to forcibly draw people to the floor like a magnetic field.
o Radar feature coming in NME, end of August o Kerrang Introducing feature first week of September o Feature in Total Guitar & Disorder late August
o Huw Stephens and Colin Murray at Radio One are both big supporters of the band
Track Listing: 01: We Move 02: Just Because
