Clouds - Elders

The Finnish dubstep heroes Clouds, whose killer tunes like ‘Shallow’ are attaining anthemic status, now hook up with the mighty Jahtari dubbers to drop their super-heavy ‘Elders’ cut. Based on a haunting, down-pitched vocal acapella of dancehall legend Cocoa-Tea, this wicked riddim comes with a killah bassline that will be a challenge to every heavy duty sound system. Backing this up, there’s some crazy sample action going down in the Ras Amerlock dub version, then the tune gets a completely new drift when Jahtari roots master Rootah heats up his analogue tubes to shoot the riddim into a new dimension. Finishing this essential wax is an ultra-kicking full on dubstep refix by Wadadda (of Police In Helicopter and MG77 notoriety), which will easily blow off the roof off every dancehall.
