This record left our BRIAN D feeling happy.

My record of the week would win simply by virtue of being a picture disc covered with a collage of painted cats. It's simply the BEST picture disc I've ever held in my life. It's one for the cat lover in your life as it's such a bizarre item it goes beyond tacky and into the realm of uber-artifact. Oh....the music I hear you rasp! The music sounds to Brett's ears like Pussy Galore with a healthy litter tray of Coachwhips thrown in (fresh, not "used"), a sonic meow of trashed out, amped up fuzz, a hairball of scuzzy, scrawly rock that leaps out and claws your face off. There's a real furry (sic) to this music, no-fi, feral and aloof. It's by So So Many White White Tigers and really needs to be in your parcel this week even if you suspect the music might be a right fucking dirge. Oh Anthony's just suggested I got the speed wrong. It's a 45rpm-er LP so it now sounds like Melt Banana crossed with Be Your Own Pet in a dirty blender. The cat's arse. Against Sleep And Forest is on Weird Forest.

Gerald lays waste to the drums and guitarist Ned positively shreds the strings. Garage-y punk and chunks of mammoth wall of noise, like if Harry Pussy made rock songs or something.
