The BBC Radiophonic Workshop - Doctor Who Volume 2: New Beginnings 1970-1980

Doctor Who Volume 2: New Beginnings 1970-1980 by The BBC Radiophonic Workshop

Volume 2 takes us through the 1970s, starting with a new edit of the theme celebrating the introduction of colour to the series and a brand new Doctor - Jon Pertwee. This CD carries on through to 1980 by which time we had been introduced to one of the most famous Doctors - Tom Baker.

With sleevenotes that reveal the secrets of the most well known effect of all time - the tardis taking off - as well as the history of the opening sequences, the package is illustrated by images from the TV series' era.
