OVERVIEW: The Wombats will release Kill The Director, on 7th July 2008 through 14th Floor Records. The track will be available only on strictly limited edition 7 inch vinyls and CD. B sides include covers of The La's hit 'There She Goes', a punk rendition of Leona Lewis' monster hit 'Bleeding Love' and a new track, 'Sunday TV'.

'Kill The Director' is produced by The Wombats with Steve Harris (Kaiser Chiefs) and mixed by Rich Costey (Muse/Bloc Party) The track is another catchy hi-octane blast of scuzzy indie pop.
