Roots Manuva 'Buff Nuff' 7" is fresh out the box and its a bit of a surprise. Some crunchy dancehall beats and bassline that's like a grime/bassline house/ dubstep/ garage kinda thing. Think I like about Roots Manuva is the sound of his voice, lyrics and delivery which you don't really get here. The hip hop template has been shifted into a digital dancehall hybrid that's that's true to his roots. It's a bit of an ass shaker dripping with sexual energy and all. In a way that makes me think of those hotties that shake their booties at 90mph in the videos. It'll probably pop up on a Diplo mix soon... Ltd 7" on Big Dada/ Banana Klan.Buff Nuff
