Foals have a new single out. I reckon this band are a cut above the majority of indie gear which pummels my ears on a daily basis. Oh yes it's called Red Socks Pugie and it's the third track from their debut album. I've no idea what a pugie is... I don't think i want to know. Ant has just cried out it's 'well oxford!' Nice jerky poppy gear with wibbly guitars. The drums in this rule.... you don't really hear many original drum beats these days but they've somehow cobbled together a rhythm I've not heard played before. Another decent single from Foals.
