There's a lot of this so called ambience about at the mo. So called, in fact, because it is ambient music. There's a reason for everything... those who take everything for granted and don't question life's many riches will not be rewarded. I don't half talk shite sometimes. Anyway here's a cracking 3" CD, 'Cold Spring Harbour' by David Tagg, lovingly packaged in a big jewel case with a see through plastic inlay jobbie and it's all covered in a lush wallpaper esque sleeve with a 70's dodgy picture on,. Smashing,... Musically you get 20 odd minutes of dark ambience and at times it's a wee bit like The Caretaker at moments. For you dark ambient types... haunting!!
