Various Artists: Round Black Ghosts (Scape) Is a keenly curated overview of Dubstep manoeuvres compiled by Stefan Betke aka Pole and Tim Tetzner for the German imprint famous for explorations in all things techno, jazz, experimental electronica and post-digital music. Highlights for me include the later tracks by Peverelist: The Grid, Elemental's Raw Material and Pangaea's Coiled, all displaying the sort of low end pressure, melodic sensibility and attention to withheld tension that makes much dubstep compelling. Ten tracks on CD only folks.
