What their label says...

Akira Kosemura is one of a number of young Tokyo musicians working at the nexus of acoustic instrumentation and minimal
electronics. His album, 'It's on Everything', typifies a new vision of melodic construction and rich, textural electronics,
sweetened with a beautiful Pop overtone. Over seven tracks, Kosemura delicately blends influences ranging from Iceland's
Múm to the contemplative ivory stroking of Sylvain Chauveau or The Boats' 'We Made it For You'. Kosemura is a musician and
graphic designer who also finds the time to run his homegrown record label, 'Schole'. His work has been featured on several
albums and compilations, and his track 'Enough Grace' was an obvious highlight of the 'Add to Friends' compilation; the
previous release from Someone Good. An mp3 release on California's Monotonik label aside, this is Kosemura's premiere
release. On 'It's on Everything', he shows a level of maturity and precise songwriting that should appeal to anyone engrossed
by the output of Manchester's Moteer label, or perhaps even the Morr Music catalogue, whilst showing that Someone Good can
truly hold their own against the competition. An album that deserves careful listening from a label that needs to be watched...
