The Voices release their debut (I think) on My Kung Fu called The Sound Of Young America. This is great shoegazey rock with hints of Spacemen 3, My Bloody Valentine (Loveless era), Slowdive and all your other favourite shoegazey bands. It's 100% completely derivative but for what it is it's extremely well executed and they clearly have a passion for this sort of music. That coupled with the fact that shoegazing is well in at the mo means this could do pretty well. Nice!

What their label says...

The Voices are from the wastelands of Port Talbot on the South Wales coast.
The Sound Of Young America is the trio’s second album and refines their distinctive shoegazer / post-rock sound over 7 epic tracks of Spacemen 3 / Spiritualized/Slowdive-esque guitar blizzards and dreamlike vocals.
Look out for their towering live set which has already seen billings with acts such as Sonic Boom, Dead Meadow, Cold War Kids and House Of Love.
Their self-titled debut, also released on Cardiff-based leftfield My Kung Fu, was praised by NME for its "shimmering beauty", FACT magazine said it was "an impressively realised debut" and Vice magazine loved their "moist tunes for people in low places".
