Arctic monkeys second album has now arrived, so "Apes" are back! Expectations are huge at the band, because the first album was so brilliant, but if you heard the new "Brianstorm" single you can't hate the new album.I have now heard the new album so I can say that it was a big surprise to me, "Apes" have done an excellent job under big pressure.Album "Favourite Worst Nightmare" begins with Brianstorm which starts the show and then rocking on to five songs, then the album goes the relaxing way, but track 7 "Do Me A Favour" begins a new style of "Apes", it's a very working song I think that this song can be a big hit.The next song I expect to be the next big hit is track 11 "Old Yellow Bricks" this track has everything you need to be in the song and track "505" finishes the "Apes" album in a good way..Overall all songs from the album are very good. Favourite worst nightmare has everything that an album needs (Good sound, good lyrics and the voice), but the album can't reach the level of the first "Apes" album , but the second album was very close (maybe the third album can do it ).

What their label says...
The much anticipated follow up to Arctic Monkeys’ record-breaking debut. Haunting melodies and worst favourite dream characters are trademarks of the comeback album. All the tracks on the album were produced by duo James Ford (The Klaxons, Mystery Jets) and Mike Crossey (Echo & The Bunnymen, The Coral) and also mainly mixed by Alan Moulder (My Bloody Valentine, Smashing Pumpkins, Yeah Yeah Yeahs). The album will come in two formats: a very attractive and playful six panel digipack with a twelve page booklet; and gatefold heavyweight vinyl, which will leave both fans and record collectors very happy.
