In an age where tools to create electronic music are easily accessible few labels can be called truly cutting edge. One such label is Record Label Records which has been lurking in the underground for a while with stunning releases from Fluorescent Grey, Brian English, Sote and Kush Arora. For their fifth release they unleash a mighty compilation showcasing the labels vision. 'Ghost Busters III' features 17 tracks of innovative, experimental, abstract electronics that explore the realms of electro acoustic beats, post industrialism, Persian synthesiser folk and noise. There are sounds on here you never knew existed. A real journey through the possibilities of sonic arcitechture courtesy of the artists listed above plus tracks from Wobbly, Dalglish, Mike Dunkley, Farmers Manual, Tomoroh Hidari, Kossak, POWMOD, Kossak and Runzelstirn and Gurgelstock. Also bundled onto the CD is some audio software for the computer freaks like me. The future is now.
