Rameses III are a new band that have tickled my fancy somewhat. The
most obvious comparison is Alasdair Roberts/Appendix Out. Its lovely
slow folky music made by people that have obviously heard the odd Will
Oldham record in their time but who have sapped up the influence of
English and Scottish folk music. This is their debut CD on Firefly records
and it has 7 songs on it. A worthy first effort.
