My favourite single of this week is by Field Music. Now I don't want
to shock you here but 10CC's first album is amazing and this sounds
EXACTLY EXACTLY like 10CC's debut album. Its prime 70's experimental pop
music with piano's, harmonies, chirpy guitars and odd time signatures. The press
blurb say it sounds like the Beach Boys playing Wire songs which
is a much more acceptable way of saying that it sounds like 10CC.
There's' 2 songs on the B side. The first one is my favourite - it sounds
like 10CC covering great lost mid 90's wanderers Insides. Track 3
has some lovely violin. On Memphis Industries.
