New on Early Winter Recordings - a new CD by The Broken Blackbird Ensemble. This is improvised music with things squeaking and being plucked at irregular intervals. The main man is James Green who is in Big Eyes. It also has several former Big Eyes staff in attendance. Fits neatly into the wierd/folk/improv/drone category. Lovely artwork.
