First up, a nice ginger haired chappie has passed me a very worthy & excellent CD to review. It's called 'Misplaced Pets' & is a compilation in aid of two Leeds animal welfare charities, something close to all our hearts here, especially the gaffer's whose beloved rabbit ran off while I was looking after it. Determined to escape was the wee fluffy lassie.....Anyhooo, this beezer collection not only includes an exclusive Hood track, but contributions from (take a breath) Sufjan Stevens, Empress, Pedro, Burd Early, Vibracathedral Orchestra, Martin Finke, Al Duvall, The Remote Viewer, Havergal, Seaworthy, Adrian Crowley, Portal, Lucky Luke, Charlie Parr, Alasdair Roberts, Bill Ricchini & the man formerly known as the keyboard player from Hood, The Unpleasants. Fuck me. If that lot ain't worth digging into yr sticky, lint lined pockets then I don't know what is. We insist you buy this. If you don't there'll be trouble. Yr name will appear on a blacklist & we'll be round yr houses dishing out coal at Crimbo....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED hehehehe!

We love animals and want to do what we can to ease their suffering at the hands of careless people. That's why we put together this compilations – it benefits two independent animal charities, Whitehall Dog Rescue and Leeds Animal Rescue Centre. All songs on the CD are exclusive and have been kindly donated by artists.
