Sounding completely different but just as good is the new album from Mice
Parade. You all knew how good their recent 'Focus on the Rollercoaster'
single was. Well imagine that on an album with plenty of other songs which
are nearly as good. That's what I have in my filthy mitt. It features the
lady from Mum on a couple of tracks and is at its best when it
pop's rather than wibble's. But that's a minor complaint. There's bits of My
Bloody Valentine, Tortoise and Fourtet in the
sounds here and I have to say that the guy is an incredible drummer. My
favourite drummer ever in fact...apart from Phil Collins. Mucho
recommendos. Obrigado Saudade is on CD and LP!
