Nobody understands little Scout Niblett except me. And somebody at Careless Talk Costs £3.50. I think she rules. Too Pure obviously realised they needed a true maverick on their roster after years in the wilderness & I hope this new album 'I Am' elevates her & her home-made psychosis rock to the echelons of stadium straddling hugeness. Steve Albini obviously loves her too cos he's 'engineered' it. Think : Liz Phair (9 pints later) , PJ Harvey (on 18 pints) or Cat Power (on 15 pints). Think: Genius.
