Ballboy are one of those bands that make me despair. They make
(from what I've heard) bad music but sell lots of records and get played
on John Peel all the time. Having had that big strop (sorry) I have to
admit this new CD single is the best thing I've heard by them. Lovely
string melody like the Delgados with moody blokes spoken word thing
over the top. Like a less scary Arab Strap. Surprise of the week!
B-side is rubbish though. A Europewide Search For Love is CD only
