Another good record (wow! three in a row) emerges from The Walkmen.
These lot feature ex members of Jonathan Fire Eater and have been
big upped recently by the increasingly desperate NME. Well they have a
point. This band aren't bad at all. I can really see a bit of the Strokes
in some of the songs and the Pixies in others. Its interestingly
produced and the songs are kind of jagged but tuneful. Let's Live Together is well worth picking
up.
