Listen here right. Those madheads called The Bees have just released
a new album called Sunshine Hit Me and it's genuinely all over the place. Insanity rules in their
heads and monkeys are coming out of their brains and spilling out of my
CD player and into my room. It's hurting my head. From the Beta Band
influenced Punchbag to the soul/ funk Angryman to the reggae of No
Trophy, to the marimba of Binnel Bay, to the 60's psychejazz of Sunshine,
to the fantastic Os Mutantes cover etc... That's only the 1st 6
tracks. A bit weird at first but eventually you come to terms with it
and I think this is a great record cos the songs shine through like the
monkeys in my head. This has affected me.....
